At the end of 2025, the Resolution on the National Housing Programme 2015–2025 (ReNSP 15–25) expired, requiring the Ministry for a Solidarity-Based Future to prepare a new national housing programme for the period 2026–2036. To support this process, it needed a comprehensive understanding of the current situation and trends in Slovenia’s housing sector.

The purpose of the project was therefore to provide an analysis of the situation and trends in the Slovenian housing sector.
