The objective of this assignment is to prepare recommendations for a Regulatory Plan that supports the protection of the public interest through spatial regulation within settlements. Rather than following the statutory structure and mandatory content of spatial implementation acts under ZUreP-3, the recommendations should focus on a clear and efficient graphical presentation of regulatory elements, supported by explanatory annexes where necessary. The final outcome should propose a form and content for a Regulatory Plan that is independent of existing legally prescribed formats.
