CV
Richard Sendi is a senior researcher with many years of experience in theoretical and empirical research. He specialises in housing studies, focusing especially on: housing policy; housing systems; operation of the housing market; public and private housing sectors; housing finance and construction; housing standard; housing estate management, maintenance and refurbishment; and urban and architectural aspects of the planning of dwellings and the residential environment. He has led various research groups in the implementation of numerous research projects and also participated as a member of various research teams in other projects. He has published articles in international peer-reviewed journals, authored chapters for books published abroad and has edited several monographs published in Slovenia.
