Ajda Šeme graduated from the Faculty of Arts at the University of Ljubljana in 2017. She continued her studies at the European Faculty of Law at the New University, where she earned a master's degree in Real Estate Law and Management in 2020. Her master's thesis received recognition from the university as an above-average final work. She collaborated with Dr. Boštjan Kerbler to refine and publish it as a scientific monograph. Ajda started working with the Urban Planning Institute of the Republic of Slovenia as an external expert collaborator in 2020, contributing to domestic and international research projects. Since 2023, she has been employed at UIRS as a junior researcher in the field of housing studies, with a focus on housing policy.
